In addition
to the props, models, and displays we do - Vacuum forming (or Thermoforming)
has become one of the most cost effective processes for meeting our clients
needs. That is if you need more than one. The process for creating a 3D thermoform
part is really very basic. Like most other forms of model production, we take
a set of ideas or drawings and use them to create the tool that will be the
final shape of the finished 3D piece. Using a thermoform system we shrink
the plastic down over the tool, creating a carbon copy of the item.
