a look at how we hand crafted this 8 foot Coke Bottle. It all starts out
as a huge block of foam...
Step #1: We start by sculpting the basic shapes and glue them together.
Step #2: Then it gets a good coating of resin....or what we call blue - Gives it a hard shell
Step #3: It's off to the paint booth for a shot or two of color
Step #4: Lettering can be tricky - we use laser cut letters for that crisp effect.
Step #5: A little more detail work and it's on its way...Out The Door.
